ADSp–General German Forwarders' Terms and Conditions
We exclusively operate based on the General German Forwarders' Terms and Conditions 2017 – ADSp 2017 – and – where these do not apply to the provision of logistical services – according to the Logistics AGB, as of March 2006.
Note: The ADSp 2017 deviates from the law in Clause 23 regarding the maximum liability amount for cargo damage (§ 431 HGB) by limiting liability for multimodal transports, including sea carriage, and for unknown damage locations to 2 SDR/kg, and additionally setting the standard liability at 8.33 SDR/kg up to 1.25 million euros per damage event and 2.5 million euros per damage occurrence, but at least 2 SDR/kg.
